Michael Samoszewski
A seasoned executive, Michael Samoszewski has spent his entire career in the consumer market segment and is currently the Managing Director of JKLM Capital and Consulting.
Michael is a multi-faceted C-level executive, most recently as the Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer for Coca-Cola in Canada. Michael has extensive broad experience in General Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Omni-Channel Commercial Strategy. A career-long record of success in identifying, evaluating and executing cutting-edge strategies and operating models to turn around businesses, sustainably grow sales, win share, reduce costs and inefficiencies that grow margin and profitability.

Recent notable achievements include creating the fastest growing CPG portfolio in Canada, reclaiming share leadership in multi-generational competitive market in Quebec, successful integration of Agile and Digital methodology across brands and channels.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University.
Originally from Montreal and raised in Mississauga, Michael and his wife reside in Toronto with their two children.
Lisa-Marie Pitrun
As a founding partner of JKLM Capital and Consulting, Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience in the human resources capability, predominately in the automotive industry.
Lisa holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Certification of HR from Humber College.
A lifelong resident of Toronto, she continues to live with her husband and two children and is an active member in the community.
